Destination weddings come with logistics, so I keep everything crystal clear from day one. Travel is already included in our packages for Monteverde, La Fortuna, and select Guanacaste beaches. If your venue is more remote—or your timeline requires a very early start or late finish—an additional travel fee may apply. You’ll always know the exact cost before you book—no last-minute surprises.

If you’re planning a peak-season date (December–April) or a weekend, I recommend booking 3–6 months in advance. For weekdays or green season, 6–10 weeks can work—depending on availability. If your date is soon, reach out anyway; last-minute openings happen.

Can we include more than one location in our elopement session?

Yes—multi-location elopements are possible depending on driving time and the coverage you choose. I’ll help you build a realistic route so it feels relaxed (not rushed) and still gives you variety: beach, rainforest, waterfall, or mountains.

What if it rains on our elopement day?

Rain is part of Costa Rica’s magic—especially in the rainforest and cloud forest. I’ll guide you with the best timing options, backup spots, and lighting decisions. If weather becomes unsafe, we’ll adjust the plan to protect your experience and your photos.
