One of the most memorable weddings I’ve had the honor of photographing was that of Jamila Hache and Daniel Rojas at Hacienda Doka. This wedding, held in a spectacular location, is a perfect example of how the natural beauty of Costa Rica can be the ideal setting for your wedding photos.

Hacienda Doka, located in Alajuela, just 45 minutes from Juan Santamaría Airport, is a perfect place for large weddings. It has a hall with a capacity for more than 300 guests and spacious gardens for outdoor ceremonies. The surroundings are photogenic, with a small lake and a botanical garden that offer the perfect backdrop for your couple’s photos.

The Love Story of Jamila & Daniel

Jamila Hache, a Venezuelan singer and actress, and Daniel Rojas, a Costa Rican composer, met in Los Angeles while working on a Trolls movie. Their love story began on the set, where Jamila sang a song composed by Daniel. Since then, they have shared wonderful memories together, culminating in a beautiful wedding in Costa Rica.
