Years after we photographed Danny and Dyanne’s wedding day, they reached out again — this time to celebrate their anniversary with a couple’s session on the Caribbean coast, at Playa Manzanillo in Puerto Viejo.

The sunset gave us a sky full of vivid color, as if painted just for them. Fishing boats resting along the shore added an authentic Caribbean detail, grounding the session in the place itself — quiet, real, unmistakably Limón.

What made this session different wasn’t just the location. Every photograph carried the weight of everything that came before it — years together since the wedding we shot the first time. It wasn’t a couple posing for a camera; it was a couple returning to be photographed as who they’d become.
