Luciana and Ryan, a young couple full of excitement, celebrated an intimate wedding at Dreams Las Mareas — and decided the story wasn’t quite finished yet. The next day, still glowing from their wedding, they traded the resort for the wild backdrop of Llanos de Cortés Waterfall.

As their photographers, we’re able to request early access, arriving a full hour before the waterfall opens to visitors. It’s a small place that fills up fast with tourists, so having it entirely to ourselves made all the difference — no crowds, no rushing, just Luciana and Ryan and the sound of falling water.

They gave everything to the session, and by the end, there was only one place left to go: straight into the water. Fully dressed, laughing, completely unbothered by soaked fabric and dripping hair, they created some of the most mystical, romantic images of their entire wedding story — proof that sometimes the best photos come after the “I do.”
